Under the supervision of the Vice-President, Sales, we are looking for a Business Development Representative for the Montreal region.

The candidate will work in conjunction with the distribution network to identifier and develop sales opportunities.

Your Role

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities
  • Train and develop the skills of the distribution network to maximize sales
    Promote company values
  • Identify key projects and decision-makers to secure product specifications
  • Collaborate with other sales representatives and internal sales coordinators to close projects and tenders
  • Monitor and suggest work methods to meet deadlines and coordinate activities with other departments

Profil Sought

Qualifications :

  • Good understanding of the distribution network and the A&D community
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving and judgment skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM
  • Ability to travel as needed to 3 plants in the Montreal area
  • Bilingualism (French-English)
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry an asset
  • University degree in a related field or equivalent experience, an asset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives

Worplace

The position is based in the Montreal area. The candidate will be frequently on the road to cover the entire region, with regular visits to customers and partners.
