Delivery and Service Technician

We are looking for a versatile individual to fill a position combining delivery and technical service. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving a Ford Transit truck to make local deliveries, while providing technical interventions at our customers’ sites, including diagnosis, repair and evaluation of equipment. You will also play a key role in our logistics team.

Your Role

Drive a Ford Transit delivery truck.
Make local deliveries.
Communicate with customers by telephone and e-mail to validate information and schedule appointments.
Make service calls to customers: diagnosis, repair and evaluation.
Prepare daily delivery routes based on scheduled addresses.
Handle, prepare and pack material in plant/warehouse, then load truck.

Profile Sought

Skills :

Experience in transport/delivery.
Experience in manufacturing and/or furniture installation.
Bilingualism (French and English).
Experience in customer service (an asset).
Customer focus and attention to detail.
Resourceful and self-reliant.

Workplaces

The main office is located in Longueuil (Saint-Hubert). However, due to the nature of the position, the work involves frequent travel for deliveries and service calls.
