Uniting the expertise and knowledge of our 4 brands under one collective umbrella was the objective behind the creation of Dessana. Our intention was to offer our customers a turnkey solution for their furnishing projects, with ingenious, high-quality products for all types of spaces.
The Dessana creation process took 18 months. The design of healthy environments inspired both the brand name and the company’s vision. Des (design) and sana (healthy in Latin) bring together the foundations of the 4 companies, all of which share the same objective: to create well-being in all living spaces, both residential and commercial.

About Bouty Inc.
A private company founded in 1949, Bouty specializes in the design and manufacture of office seating for business environments, offering its customers superior quality products that optimize comfort, durability and aesthetics while minimizing environmental impact. The company’s manufacturing operations are located in Saint-Léonard. Many of its products also hold LEVEL II and Indoor Air Quality environmental certifications.
About A.D.I. Art Design International inc (ADI)
Since its creation in 1986, ADI has designed and manufactured a wide range of office seating for the commercial and institutional markets in North America. Aware of its customers’ ergonomic concerns, ADI has developed solid expertise in adapting its products to users’ morphology, thanks to its strategy of strong vertical integration of its operations, based in St-Hubert. Many of our products also hold LEVEL II and Indoor Air Quality environmental certifications.
About Modullis
Located in St-Hubert, Quebec, Modullis is a division of Bouty, specializing in the design and manufacture of interior modular partitioning systems, offering a complete range of superior quality, minimalist design and refined features that respond advantageously to the needs of business environments in terms of versatility, productivity and acoustic performance.
About Perez Furniture Inc.
Meubles Perez specializes in the design and manufacture of distinctive, high-end European-influenced furniture, incorporating innovation, a balance between modernity and classicism, and customization, made possible by the expertise of the craftsmen working in the company’s Montreal facilities. For the past 20 years, Meubles Perez has been serving residential and commercial customers concerned with design and excellent value for money.
