Industrial designers draw on their creativity, technical, ergonomic and aesthetic knowledge to design products that meet customer needs. They must design the product from preliminary ideation and follow all stages of product development through to production. He/she must also ensure follow-up and support for production following launch.
Your Role
- Improvement of existing products,
- Creation of new products that target our customers and market needs,
- Design innovative solutions that take into account our manufacturing reality,
- Participate in the synergy of the Dessana Group and design products that leverage the best of each of our companies.
Profile Sought
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or equivalent,
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an industrial designer,
- Excellent knowledge of SolidWorks software.
Personal Skills:
- Ability to design a presentation and communicate ideas clearly and in detail,
- Good organizational skills and autonomy,
- Attention to detail and quality in every aspect of work,
- Resourcefulness and observation skills to solve technical challenges,
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment,
- Team-oriented and collaborative,
- Bilingualism is an asset (must speak French).
