As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing in-house accounts, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating sales activities and supporting the Vice President of Sales.
Your Role
- Collaborate with the sales team to respond to gold calls from various North America.
- Contribute to proposal development, bid documentation and coordination of coordination of efforts to meet call for tenders requirements.
- Follow-up regularly with existing customers to understand their needs and recommend recommend appropriate products.
- Efficiently follow up on customer and prospect inquiries to ensure high quality customer service.
- Greet customers in our showrooms, guide them in their product selection and answer their questions.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments by coordinating order entry, project project management and logistics.
Profile Sought
Specific requirements:
- Experience in customer service and sales/representation (2 years)
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle

- Resourceful and observant in solving technical challenges.
- Autonomy and proactivity in accomplishing tasks.
- Attention to detail and quality in every aspect of work.
